Why we started.

The standoff

Every company we talked to had the same argument running in the background. Teams were already using public AI tools, often on personal accounts. Security, legal, and compliance could not approve a vendor that held the data, so the rollout stalled while shadow usage grew anyway.

Our answer

We took the other route. Deploy the AI inside the company’s own cloud, hand them the keys, and let their existing policies apply. Not a promise about how carefully we would hold their data, but an architecture where we never hold it at all.

Where it matters

That counts most where there is least room for error. In the sectors where a security review is not a formality, and an auditor eventually asks for the log.
